The widget currently saves the settings every time you leave the hostname or port field. So I'm not sure why it's not saving it. I'll try to replicate the problem. There's no option for a server password, and it doesn't appear to save the hostname. I enter the hostname, hit done, and when I flip the widget over again, the hostname field is empty again. Filling out all the information doesn't have any effect on my Boxee machine running locally on the network.
